The brand new edition of the West Syrian Supper is here! Feast on mouth-watering Syrian fare in the gorgeous and prestigious setting of Leith’s School of Food and Wine all the while raising funds for the Hands Up Foundation, to send to some of Syria's most vulnerable.

Building on Leith’s inimitable reputation as the UK's leading cookery school, expect exciting flavour combinations and guest chef speakers who will introduce the ingredients key to Syrian cooking.

Why Come

Come to our West London Supper Club for three glorious courses of beautiful and seasonal Syrian food. Each menu created for Syrian Supper Club West will have take inspiration from cuisine across the Middle East as well as Syria’s staple foods.

Our Chef

We are extremely lucky to have Malina Ozair at the helm in the kitchen. Malina is an obsessive foodie and passionate cook who, aside from being a lawyer, is completing chef training. She not only knows how to cook, having worked with food writers and chefs including Alissa Timoshkina and Bethany Kehdy but also has a keen eye for presentation, having worked as a food stylist assistant on editorial, cook book and advertisement shoots.

Her food is full of colour and flavour.

House Rules

We like to place guests at our Syrian Suppers, so please make sure you let us know in the notes when booking if you'd like to be seated with particular people who have booked separately.

We do also cater for vegan/veggie and dairy/nut free, so please highlight this in the notes when booking so that the right food comes your way.

Don't forget to BYOB!

In terms of cancellation, we can offer a full refund on a ticket as long as you let us know at least three days before the event. This is to ensure that we don't end up with empty seats round the dinner table, and each supper raises the maximum it can for the aid projects we fund in Syria.

Dietary requirements

We are very happy to cater for dietary requirements where we can. We will be as flexible as possible, but we do have a set menu which means that some dishes can't be adapted. Please make sure you let us know in the comments section when booking your ticket whether you have any dietary requirements.
